Return policy
There is nothing wrong in your fan at manufacturing level as it passed the quality check standards at various levels, still if you found any issue, we would suggest to immediately contact customer care at +919136344522 and connect instantly via whatsapp or message. We strongly believe that there is no issue which cannot be resolved if have right intent. If you still want to return it. Here’s our return policy:
- Your order shall be delivered in 3-10 working days. Depending on your location.
- Return must be done within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The product should be in its original, uninstalled condition and returned in original packaging.
- We will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes, when we receive the fan back, minus shipping charges.
- We will email you a prepaid postage return label. In case the shipping services of our channel partner is not available at your location, you need to send the unit back to us on your own through a local service provider, ensuring that the unit is packed professionally as it was received.
- In the rare case that your fan is defective, please DO NOT return the fan. Instead, email support@kanzenterprises.com or call +919136344522, and our support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or whatever is necessary to be done.
- In case of an approved refund, the amount would be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
In case of Change in Mind about model ordered.
- In case you have change mind about the model ordered, Not an issue, kindly let us know immediately. If the model is not yet dispatched, you can take some other model of your choice by paying the differential amount. There is no process of cancellation of order.
Exchange of order

In case you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we verify the authenticity of your complaint, we will initiate a pickup label for you. Please ensure the product is packed properly and securely, just as it was received. Our courier partner will arrange the pickup from your location.

If pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to send the product to us through a reliable local courier partner.

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition.

Upon verification and approval, we will process the exchange or replacement within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 3–10 working days thereafter, depending on your location.

Once confirmed, you may also choose any other model of your choice by paying the differential amount, if applicable.
