Full warranty on motor defects including winding and internal components.

Accessories — 1 Year Each

Capacitor, Remote Control, and LED Light Kit are each covered for one year.

Claims

Assessed within 48 hours

All warranty claims are reviewed within 48 working hours of submission.

  • Manufacturing defects in motor, winding, or internal components

Not Covered

  • Physical damage — cracks, dents, broken or bent components
  • Burnt parts due to voltage fluctuation or power surge
  • Damage from improper or unqualified installation
  • Water, moisture, or outdoor exposure damage
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
  • Tampered or missing serial number or warranty seal
  • Claims without original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Products serviced by non-authorised parties
